01 / Purpose

Direction before features

The token should follow the product.

ASTH is intended to connect people to the tools, research and decision-making processes that Asthate opens to the public. Its purpose is ecosystem participation. It is not a substitute for a fund unit, a capital account or a claim on investment returns.

Asthate's current work centres on investment research, portfolio oversight and the systems needed to keep a reliable record. As parts of that work become accessible outside Asthate, token participation may give users a consistent way to engage across them.

That role has to be earned by functioning products and published rules. A token balance alone does not create access, a vote or an economic right. Each mechanism will be identified as active only when it has actually been implemented.

Participation in user-facing Asthate tools, if and when specific access arrangements are launched. The service and its terms must come first.

ASTH is not equity in Asthate, a unit in an investment vehicle, or a claim on a managed portfolio. It does not provide NAV, redemption, income, a buyback or a return by virtue of being held.

Future token-based decisions would concern the ecosystem under rules published for that purpose. They would not replace the legal, fiduciary or operational responsibilities involved in managing other people's assets.

What remains to be specified

Public utility needs public terms.

The next meaningful update will be a description of a functioning external use—not another list of possible utilities. Before a feature is presented as live, users should be able to find:

    What the product does, who can use it and any eligibility or geographic restrictions.

    What holding ASTH actually enables, including any thresholds, fees and technical dependencies.

  3. 03

    How token supply, distribution and contract permissions are controlled and disclosed.

    For governance, the proposal process, voting rules, execution authority and limits of holder decisions.

No launch schedule, return, reward, fee share or market outcome is promised here. Digital assets carry market, liquidity, technical, custody and regulatory risk.
